When I was in school I was given the choice of which subjects I wanted to study, for some reason I chose...Geography. 

After the first year I realised that this wasnt for me, and 'tried' business studies for a week. I immediately fell in love, I wanted to create processess for everything. :) My love never stopped and I graduated from Nottingham Trent Univiersity (UK) and spent a year in Germany where I was taught by the European 'masters' of processes. 

After I finished my degree I had to find a job, and because it was the recession it was very difficult. And so I was offered the job as a support worker by my dad and mum who owned a Business caring for vulnerable adults. It was the first time I was involved with how my Dad and Mum ran the business and saw that they needed help with processes. My dad never had time, he was manually creating 100s of invoices per month, and then manually paying staff. I started introducing systems and programs and helped them go from 40 staff members to 160 staff. 

Although I decided that working in the care sector wasn't for me, I knew that automation was here to stay and it literally changes peoples lives. I then started looking at how smart home technology can help people with physical disabilities and grew my own business installing smart home technology in peoples homes. Additionally, I grew 2 businessess and automated them using a number of different systems to streamline all my processes.

Although my smart home business is still going strong, I have a strong desire to help business owners get control over their life and their businesses by automating and digitilising to help them grow, reduce the stress on their personal life but still fulfil their life dreams of owning a successful business (their baby) :)
